Fergus Integration Just Got Easier
Automatic Invoicing
You can now receive invoices automatically through Fergus’ new feature, Email Ingestion. Email ingestion allows you to create a unique email address which we can send your invoices to via CSV format

Please be aware that the above Fergus Guide will open as a new tab to the Fergus Help Centre website.
Once you have your Fergus unique email address, please email us on webservices@rexel.com.au requesting to set you up for automatic invoicing. Please be sure to include your account number in your request.
Price and Invoice Files via Email:
1. If you don’t already have one, register for a webstore account by clicking here.
2. Within your webstore account go to:
- My Account >Â Document Request >Â Schedule Request >Â Invoice / Price file.
- Select the file type (Fergus) and your required frequency, then schedule.Â
Note: Only the email on your web account can be entered to receive these files. This field will be prefilled.Â
