The Rexel Online Store allows users to enter line comments directly from the shopping cart. In addition to the order comment, these comments will appear on our picking lists at the line level and can be used to pass on any message relating to that line. To enter a comment, click on the blue speech bubble icon to get the comment dialogue box to appear. Enter your comment and click on the disk icon to save the comment. If you don’t save your comments and try to navigate away from the page, you will see a pop-up box asking you to save them. Once your comment is saved, the speech bubble icon will reappear red, indicating that a comment exists on this line.
